A Unique Approach

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to meeting families where they are—emotionally, developmentally, and logistically. I blend traditional therapy with flexible, real-world support, including in-home and community-based sessions that bring care directly into your daily life. Whether working with young children, teens, or caregivers, my approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based methods, and a deep belief that healing happens best when it feels human and practical.

Therapy for Adults

You Don't Have to Carry It Alone

Life can feel overwhelming, even when everything appears "fine" from the outside. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief, relationship challenges, self-esteem, or a major life transition, therapy offers a space to slow down, gain perspective, and move forward with intention.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical. Rather than simply talking about problems, we'll work together to understand the patterns keeping you stuck while developing tools that help you create lasting change. Drawing from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, treatment is always tailored to your unique goals and experiences.

You don't need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Whether you're facing a specific challenge or simply feel ready to invest in yourself, we'll build a plan that helps you feel more confident, connected, and capable in your daily life.

Initial sessions are 90 minutes and cost $150.

Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and cost $120.

Therapy for Couples

Strengthening Connection Through Better Communication

Every relationship experiences seasons of stress. Whether you're navigating communication difficulties, recurring conflict, parenting differences, rebuilding trust, life transitions, or simply feeling disconnected, couples therapy provides a space to slow down and reconnect.

My role isn't to determine who's right or wrong. Instead, I help couples better understand one another's perspectives, recognize patterns that keep conflict going, and develop healthier ways to communicate, solve problems, and support one another.

Together we'll identify your relationship's strengths while building practical skills that can be used long after therapy ends. The goal isn't a perfect relationship—it's creating one where both partners feel heard, respected, and understood.

All couple’s sessions are 90 minutes and cost $200.

Therapy for Children & Teens

Helping Young People Build Confidence, Resilience, and Emotional Skills

Children and adolescents often express stress differently than adults. Big emotions, behavioral changes, school difficulties, anxiety, low self-esteem, social struggles, or family transitions can all impact a child's ability to thrive.

I provide a supportive environment where children and teens can safely explore their thoughts and feelings while learning healthy ways to manage emotions, solve problems, and build confidence. Sessions are developmentally appropriate and may include play, creative activities, conversation, or structured skill-building depending on the child's age and needs.

Parents remain an important part of the therapeutic process. I believe meaningful progress happens when children feel supported both inside and outside the therapy room, so caregiver collaboration is incorporated whenever appropriate to encourage lasting growth at home, school, and in the community.

Initial sessions are 90 minutes and cost $150.

Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes and cost $120.

Family Support &

Parent Coaching

Practical Support for Real Life

Parenting doesn't come with a manual, and every family faces challenges along the way. Whether you're navigating difficult behaviors, emotional regulation, sibling conflict, parenting stress, school concerns, or major life transitions, you don't have to figure it out alone.

This service goes beyond traditional office-based therapy by focusing on the entire family system. Depending on your family's needs, support may include parent coaching, family therapy, school collaboration, or home and community-based sessions where we can practice strategies in the environments where challenges actually occur.

My goal is to help families move from surviving to thriving by strengthening communication, increasing confidence, and creating realistic strategies that fit your family's values and daily routines. Together we'll build practical solutions that support both children and the adults who care for them.

In-Home Sessions costs may vary significantly depending on your family’s unique needs.

On average, sessions are 120 minutes and cost $200
