Do you take insurance?
Yes. I'm in-network with Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, and Optum / UnitedHealthcare (which includes many employer and commercial plans running on those networks). If you have out-of-network benefits with another carrier, I'm happy to provide a superbill you can submit for reimbursement. Reach out and I can help you figure out what your specific plan covers.
How do virtual sessions work?
Virtual sessions take place over a secure video platform. They offer convenience and accessibility, especially for those with busy schedules or transportation challenges. While in-person sessions are preferred, virtual visits can be a helpful option depending on your needs. Please note that all initial sessions much be in person.
Are home visits available for all clients?
Home and community-based sessions are offered selectively, primarily for families who benefit from in-the-moment coaching and support in their daily environments. Caregiver presence and involvement is required during these sessions and all initial sessions must be in office.
Where are you located?
In-person sessions are held at my Brighton office (95 Allens Creek Rd., Rochester, NY 14618). I also offer secure telehealth to clients anywhere in New York State. For qualifying local families, I offer home and community-based sessions in Monroe County.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Please reach out via the Contact page to set up a free 15-minute consultation or schedule your first session. I’m happy to answer any questions and help you get started.
